Week 1006

It's week 1006, and it's NOVEMBER already.

In today's status call, Nate asked the team to share if they had any big wins for the week; this was a good idea! Most people had a BNB-related one as well as something from the rest of life (got a gig in a band, moved into a new house, etc). I loved hearing those.

And in BNB wins, people had a variety: made good progress on a tricky design problem, solved a specific development feature, did a client presentation that went well. I'm not sure how much was specific here.

But I think that's my big takeaway from the week: we should use our friday check-in calls to see if people can brag about their wins!
