It's week 1007!
Last week I ended with the rumination: should we cover the week's wins in our Friday status calls? This week: I forgot. So, uh, maybe a post-it note for that one.
What DID we do? Lots. Project Prometheus just got its last big pieces of content ready, so it's going through some friends-and-family testing. This app is more like a puzzle or a game - it's a directed experience where the user has to do specific things in a specific order, and accrue points as they go. WHAT things the user does, in WHICH order, and for how many points, has always been shifting, and so we built this tool a flexible content management system that we can adjust on the fly. First tests revealed some workflow inconsistencies with the plan, and so we're dialing it in now. I'm so grateful for the forward-thinking of our team that made this so flexible.
In merchworld, we supported a biiiig artist that's going to launch a new set of merch, with a complex multi-location and multi-currency shopping setup. In IRIS we made some copyedits, ready to launch some minor features next week.
On a new design-forward project, we settled with the client team on a new brand direction, and worked on extending that: web mockups, document templates, decks. It's looking promising.
In Standard Vision we made some big steps forward with onboarding new projects - really I have not written much about this, but it's a VERY exciting thing we've got cooking. It deserves more reflection soon!
