It's Week 938!

The most exciting thing this week was Nate doing some offsite consulting. This is one of those services that we've historically done only as part of other projects - we spend a lot of time doing strategy and education work. But we don't really talk about this as a separate service.

But Nate's been doing this for a new client! He's sharing a bunch of strategy and advice specifically around building and organizing a tech team. No ideas really about how we shape this into a real standalone offering, but excited to see how this goes.
