It's week 968! Happy Valentine's Day.

What did we do at BNB this week? Let's see.

We:
• made some quick-turn mobile designs for some new customer exploration - they're doing their first customer interviews and we'll support with design ideas for this process
• wrapped up a bundle of features supporting more robust event registrations on the Institute
• were elbow-deep into that new quiz-building function we're working on
• prototyped out a pretty radical UX for Codename Steiner
• and provoked some spirited discussions with that team
• built out another new tax ID gathering system for another country on our ecomm platforms
• which launched a handful of new stores
• we saw the first new agency flow through the new signup workflow at PFS, unassisted (always nice to see a fairly complex system boiled down to something that a user can accomplish with a functional UX)
• optimized the notation scores on neumz to make them much faster
• and as usual: a hundred other things?
