It's week 983!

Our intern/apprentice this spring has been Mahgoub; he's been working through our standard 'intro to Rails' work and then focusing on a personal app. We got to see his demo this week, and it's a great one - he built an AI tool that lets you upload your study materials and then interrogate them.

There are other tools like this in the market - that's fine, we don't need or ask folks to invent something totally new. But this was a great project, and really shows both the power of Rails and how quickly you can build something fully-featured, and also the power of AI integrated development. We were impressed!
